These terms & conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the update and support services provided by CoCart Headless, LLC. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) to you as a user of software provided by CoCart (the “Products”) for which you have paid the applicable fees.
By using our Products, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.
If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our service. We built CoCart and you’re more than welcome to use the plugin. All we ask, is that that you are respectful and do not use our website, or software, in an unlawful or harmful manner.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our Products. All Products are property of “CoCart Headless, LLC”. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our Products.
Our Products and some parts of our Services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a annual basis for the Subscription you purchase.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page. Refunds on renewals once payment has succeeded are non-refundable.
The renewal price will be the full plugin price as published at the time of initial purchase, exclusive of any discounts unless said discount applies to renewals.
- Grandfathered pricing: If you choose to cancel your subscription and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for your subscription (a “grandfathered” price), the lower renewal price will no longer be available to you.
- If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your subscription has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for your subscription. We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send an email reminder 7 days prior to your renewal date and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription your subscription will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates and support for our Products.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide “Lemon Squeezy” with accurate and complete billing information including full name, email address and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize them to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, an email will be sent to you to fix the issue within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Your subscription is binding to the subscription fee at the time of initial purchase. If and when you decide to upgrade or cancel your subscription, the original subscription fee will no longer be effective should the Subscriptions been modified since original purchase.
CoCart Headless, LLC in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscriptions so any Subscriptions that you have will always be the grandparent fee before any such changes have been made after.
We offer a 14 day refund policy for our Products purchased from “Lemon Squeezy”. Because most issues can be worked out before a refund is necessary, refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and only after we’ve worked with you to try and find a solution.
Before you make a decision to purchase. We recommend that you try the core of CoCart (for free) first.
We really want you to be happy with the base product which is already cart filled with features. We try really hard to make the core of CoCart provide you with everything to get you started.
If you do still purchase and for any reason you’re not completely happy, reply back using the email containing your order before the 14 day window runs out or your refund will not be made.
Due to the nature of our digital Products, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
Subscriptions Only: We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 7 days prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
By purchasing our Products from “Lemon Squeezy”, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
We may on occasion send you email notifications. These emails may include notification of subscription changes, subscription expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchases.
We provide our Support Services to our customers. By making a purchase you agree that we may use the email address used during the purchase of our Products or Services to invite you to our Discord channel which grants you access to CoCart’s Support Services.
Our Support Services is valid for the period purchased or subscribed to from the date of your purchase. See support policy for more details.
All payments are handled via Lemon Squeezy.
If your payment fails, not paid for or paid for on time (for example, if you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reverse the charge of fees for our Products or Services), or they suspect a payment is fraudulent, they may immediately cancel or revoke your access to our Products and Services without notice to you.
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to the latest updates and support for purchased plugins. After one year, license keys may be renewed for the full price of a new license.
CoCart Headless, LLC grants each customer a non-transferable license to use the software for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package.
The customer/license-holder may not on-sell the originally-purchased license key provided by CoCart Headless, LLC, to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sub-license, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key.
We will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.

Our Products and Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by CoCart Headless, LLC.
We have no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or Services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or Services available on or through any such web sites or Services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or Services that you visit.
Limitation of Liability
Except in case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, CoCart Headless, LLC accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement. This includes but is not limited to damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue or missed profits.
Our Products are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee they will function with all 3rd party plugins. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our Products as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing our Products.
With the purchase of any of our Products, you are entitled to the usage of the downloadable item for yourself or any client work. CoCart Headless, LLC reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) this website, or any part of it, without notice and you confirm that CoCart Headless, LLC shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal. CoCart Headless, LLC also retains the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our Products following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
These terms are originally written in English (UK). We may translate these terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these terms and the English version, the English version will take precedence.
CoCart Headless, LLC reserves the right, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
